Cure Eczema
I have been a sufferer of eczema for nearly all my life and have tried all the medications it seems to me all the treatments available. The problem is that when ever I think I have it licked it flares up in another place of my body. I have been dealing with the symptoms but not finding a cure.
There has to be a cure for eczema and I have been now more than ever due to my broadband connection searching around for the answer. What I have found is that there sufferers that have changed their diet have had incredible results. Particularly to a diet that contains 100% raw food. Apparently eczema according to these people is caused by toxins in the body and the body tries to get rid of these toxin through the skin. This process is what we call exzema. The steroid cream we take like diprogenta merely suppresses this natural process by the body. Once the steroids are not taken the eczema comes back. The process of removing toxins is very important so the steroids are stopping something very natural and is very unhealthy.
To cure eczema then from my research its important to remove the toxins in the first place so the body doesn´t have to get rid of them with eczema. A healthy diet is important, one without processed food and is as natural as possible. Cooking food changes it composition and removes nearly all of the nutrients. Of course this is a big step to take so I would advise introducing more fruit and vegetables to your diet and to use oils that moisturize the skin naturally like coconut or neam oil.
